Chloé C. ’s webcomicHeadless Blissreveals what happens to the stories we make up after we forget about them . It starts when a figure bear of the human kingdom encounter a curious young princess , the fry of two vicious and monstrous demons . The comic is by turn funny and lamentable , but it ’s also just patently gorgeous .
Annùn is a ogre child , a little princess with a end - maneuver Father-God and a mother who would be at home in an HP Lovecraft story . She is a curious and spritely wight , one ghost with account . But she was also raise to own the unthinking cruelty of a demon . Her world is one of repugnance that she innocently accepts .
One Clarence Shepard Day Jr. , Annùn has a little adventure and meets Sinaj , a horned wanderer with mystical power . Sinaj is like no one Annùn has met , more human than demon , but she ’s delighted by the time she see with the orphic Sinaj . And when Annùn insists on bringing her fresh booster home , Sinaj finds herself on a much drab and more grievous journey than she intended .

Some fantasy webcomics can get bogged down in their mythology , but Chloé C. sagely keeps her to the setting , focus principally on Annùn and the beings around her . Plus , while Headless Bliss does have a dark , melancholy spirit to it , it ’s also funny . unlike characters have very dissimilar Mary Jane of humour , and whether it ’s Sinaj cracking the jest or Annùn ’s horrifying mother , that humor make the comic both richer and more fun to say . On top of all that , Chloé C. has great playfulness visually build her human race , with large , approximative line that make it feel like we have step into a completely alien attribute and we ’re all lucky not to be in Sinaj ’s position .
