But on this parky autumn night , when I arrive at the quad , I ’m shocked to see that Machine Project has mysteriously disappeared .
Did it fall out yesterday ? Did it happen last hebdomad ? No matter , it ’s definitely perish . In its place is one of those off - mark 99 centime Only stores you find all over L.A.—a 98 - cent store , perhaps?—selling the common cold sundries .

The last thing he helped build in Machine Project ’s infinite was asinking pirate ship .
