For the night’s most coveted category, video of the year, 16 acts will compete in the first round of voting. Some of the nominees includeKacey Musgraves,Darius Rucker,Mickey Guyton,Brothers Osborneand more.
The top six nominees from the first round of voting will be announced on April 1. The final three nominees, from the second round of voting, will be announced on show day.
The award show will air live at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and will stream on Paramount+. Voting is now open atvote.cmt.com.

Speaking to PEOPLE about her fourth year hosting the award show, the “Penthouse” singer opened up about her feelings going into it solo for the first time.
“It’s definitely new grounds for me,” she told PEOPLE. “But it’s my fourth year hosting, so I feel like I’ve learned a lot. And the good thing about CMTs is there’s such a light energy, so there’s not a pressure that I feel to be perfect. I just want to be fun, honor the night and help people have a good time.”
After three years of co-hosting withKane Brown, Ballerini said she may tap her friends to join her during the three-hour show.
“It’s really a big reunion and everyone wants to hang out, so I might just ask for some help where I can get it,” she added.
