One trouble , says Moore , was that “ significantly conservative folks who have a more literal expectation ” from a flick about Noah might deform against it and become unfriendly . “ There are some people where it ’s a very emotional experience of , ‘ Whoa , whoa , whoa — a Hollywood studio is trying to tell a narrative from my faith , and I am skeptical , ’ ” he says . “ Not inevitably 50 percent of the people , but maybe 10 or 20 percent . And those people can be very noisy . ”
In some cases , Moore order , “ mass had anamnesis of the story that were n’t actually correct . ” For example , there was Noah ’s ability to afford and close down the doorway to the ark . “ multitude said the door to the ark is supposed to be so openhanded that no human can close it . But he was confident that Paramount ’s sweat to recut the cinema would fail , because the scenes were so interrelated that if you took things , “ there would be hole . ” And he insist that the radical of his movie are very much the themes of the Biblical chronicle — faith , Leslie Townes Hope , second chances and family .
