So , this guy sends his laptop to Dell for repair and Dell sends him back a hard drive … just a hard thrust in a box . So what ’s the problem here ?
Last week I cry Dell Technical Support about my Dell Studio 1537 Laptop and a videodisk private road which was making trashy noise and chuck out all cds . I had the basic “ ring mail - in ” warrant which required I embark them the laptop back . After my phone conversation with overseas tech support I receive an empty box with a postpaid packing slip to get off the laptop back . A twosome day ago I received both an automated email and phone call that my laptop was coming back to me . This morning , Fedex surrender a refurbished hard driveway – yes just a hard movement .
I began my call fling this morning and talk to 7 , yes 7 , different Dell reps who shift me between proficient funding , client service of process , and back to expert support . After about 90 minutes of earphone calls , hold music , and redialing I ’m stuck with a 250 gb laborious drive but no laptop computer . Who do I call for helper ?

Oh , so he expected the whole computer to come back to him . I see . Perhaps this is some sorting of young “ you ’ll get a arduous drive and like it ” glide slope to client support Dell is attempt out . I do n’t see it act upon . Incidentally , Consumerist suggests sending electronic mail to[email protected]in billet like this . obviously , the messages are route to an executive relations team that has been helpful in the past .
