CouldHaley Joybe getting a sibling soon?

Hoda Kotbspoke toEntertainment Tonighton Tuesday, where she hinted that she and boyfriendJoel Schiffmanare thinking about a second child. (Kotb, 54, welcomed her now 2-year-old daughter Haley in February 2017.)

“We don’t know when, but it is something that is important to me and to Joel,” Kotb revealed. “We like the idea of Haley [having] a sibling becauseshe has had such interesting circumstancesto grow up.”

“So it would be nice to be able to share it with somebody,” the television journalist shared.

“I always had this thing inside me like a voice that I couldn’t quiet,” she recalled toET. “It was a voice that [told me I] wanted to be a mom, but I thought it was too late. You can push a voice like that away for a long time but sooner or later it comes back up, and you have to address it.”

Kotb added, “I think the thing we all need to know [is] when your childarrives for you, that child is right on time. So your time may be when you are in your 30s or in your 40s or your 50s, but your child is right on time.”

The sweet story focuses on a mama bear putting her cub to bed, when the duo spend some quiet timetalking about what makes them happy. The practice is something that Kotb and Haley do regularly that the mother of one cherishes deeply.

“Every night before I put her down, I always say to her, ‘You know what my favorite time of the day is?’ And I would just say, ‘Right now,’ ” Kotb shared on theTodayshow Tuesday. “So about a week ago, I’m changing herand I’m putting her down for bedand I say, ‘Haley, do you know what my favorite time of the day is?’ And she looked at me and she goes, ‘Right now.’ ”

“And I thought that night time is so intimate and so special, so the book is really just about saying thank you for the little, tiny things,” she added.
