Jeannie Mai Jenkinshas asked a judge not to enforce her prenuptial agreement with her estranged husbandJeezyas the pair continue to go back and forth in a fraughtdivorce.

Mai, 45, says that the “abbreviated negotiation window” has raised “significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process, and each party’s ‘full and fair disclosure’ of their financial positions,” according to the documents.

The filing also states that the “compressed timeframe” made it “inherently challenging, if not impossible” for both parties to “engage in comprehensive due diligence.”

Mai also alleges that Jeezy failed to provide “comprehensive supporting financial documents” that provided a “transparent and detailed view” of his “assets, liabilities and overall financial standing.”

Mai has “respectfully requested” that the judge deny her estranged husband’s motion to enforce their prenup or hold off until her team has “thoroughly completed” their discovery.

PEOPLE has reached out to Mai’s representative for comment.

This isn’t the first time theHow Do I Lookalum has petitioned the judge on matters regarding their prenuptial agreement.

After Jeezyfiled for divorcein September 2023 after two years of marriage, Mai asked the court to enforce terms listed in their prenup regarding infidelity in December. She alleged that herformer spouse was unfaithfulduring their marriage.

After stating that she is “entitled to a divorce from Husband on the grounds that the marriage is irretrievably broken” and that she “does not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclose such conduct publicly,” the television host seemingly claimed that cheating may have been a factor intheir split.

At the time, a rep for Jeezy denied her accusations, telling PEOPLE, “Any claim of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins behalf are 100% false and he has no further statements at this time.”

Mai’s request came in response to the artist’s own request for a judge to set “clearly defined” temporary legal and physicalcustody rightsin regards to his and Mai’sdaughter Monaco. He said both parties had “agreed upon a visitation schedule through the end of 2023.” However, the situation had become “increasingly less feasible” over time.
