Las Vegas authorities allege in newly-released court documents that thePlayboymodel accused of killing a respected California child psychiatristwas in an intimate relationship with him.

A third roommate, Jon Logan Kennison, who was Turner’s boyfriend, is also accused of participating in Burchard’s slaying but has not yet been apprehended.

The 71-year-old doctor’s beaten body was found March 7 in the trunk of a blue two-door 2017 Mercedes-Benz that had been left in the desert just outside Las Vegas. An autopsy determined Burchard died from blunt force trauma to the head, with the manner ruled a homicide.

Turner and Burchard first met two years ago.

Burchard’s longtime girlfriend, Judy Earp,told KTNVher boyfriend was a generous, compassionate man who may have given Turner approximately $300,000 over the years.

Turner was arrested on March 21.

According to the warrant, Burchard’s blood was found throughout the inside of the vehicle, which Turner allegedly purchased through Craigslist last November.

Third Roommate Remains at Large

An April 5 warrant alleges Kennison also faces charges for his alleged role in the crime. Kennison remains at large.

The warrant alleges police were able to connect Pena to the crime after finding her work identification in the abandoned Mercedes Benz.

Pena faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and murder with the use of a deadly weapon, while Kennison is wanted on those same charges.

Turner is charged with murder, according to Clark County Jail records.

Pena and Turner remain in police custody without bail.

Turner’s attorney Brian James Smithtold the Associated Pressthat Turner “categorically denies any role in the death of Dr. Burchard.” It was unclear if Turner has entered a plea.

Pena entered a not guilty plea on Tuesday, her attorney Jess Matsuda tells PEOPLE.

“She is maintaining her innocence and is categorically denying the allegations,” Matsuda says.

According to reports, Burchard was a respected child psychiatrist with an affinity for magic.
