The new parents welcomed their bundle of joy via cesarean section after confirming their little one was in breech position.
“Sydney’s surgery went well. He’s a healthy boy!” the couple tells PEOPLE. “We’re over the moon and can’t wait to get home from the hospital and start our new life.”

So we’re just really taking that time and cherishing it because it’s never going to happen again. We’re never going to be first-time parents again. It’s exciting and it’s a sweet time.”
